Job Description

The responsibilities of a Project Manager:

  • Lead construction projects from kickoff through final turnover.
  • Develop, maintain, and manage project schedules.
  • Manage project budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Administer change orders, including pricing, negotiation, and execution.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders.
  • Lead Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) meetings and project coordination efforts.
  • Oversee subcontractor performance and project execution.
  • Monitor project risks and proactively resolve issues.
  • Coordinate closely with field operations and project teams.
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in varying phases of construction.
  • Maintain project documentation through Procore and related systems.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • 2-5+ years of experience in a Project Manager role.
  • Experience serving as the lead PM on construction projects.
  • Ability to independently manage project schedules, budgets, and client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of change order management and project financials.
  • Experience leading client and stakeholder meetings.
  • Commercial interior construction experience preferred.
  • Experience managing project teams is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Procore, PlanGrid, CMIC, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated professional capable of working with minimal supervision.
