Responsibilities:• Manage and oversee the resources to ensure timely, on-target and quality deliverables• Match client needs to appropriate solutions• Describe the technical details of our products and communicate their value• Plan the project – scope, schedule, resources and dependencies• Point of Contact for planning and execution with construction partners• Qualify opportunities throughout the process• Identify potential opportunities through client, partners and GC relationships• Manage the sale, closure and delivery of transactions through direct and indirect influence• Articulate and defend our value• Contract negotiations and pricing oversight with tracking through accounting system.•
