Job Summary (Project Manager - Installation Projects):
- Manage installation projects in accordance with established project processes and direction from Senior Project Manager when needed
- Ensure all projects are completed within contractual requirements, on schedule, within budget, and achieve high customer satisfaction
- Oversee financial aspects of assigned projects, including project planning, billing, revenue forecasting, accounts receivable collections, and cost re-estimation
- Ensure delivery of the contracted project scope and obtain change orders for any expansion of scope
- Coordinate project materials and allocate shared resources efficiently; identify and resolve any resource constraints
- Manage relationships with sub-contractors, proactively identifying and resolving any issues
- Implement corrective action plans to address project or resource issues as they arise
