Project Manager – Infrastructure Restoration & Repair

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Project Manager to oversee infrastructure restoration and repair projects throughout the region. The ideal candidate will have 1–5 years of experience working for a DOT-focused construction company and enjoy working on challenging projects involving bridges, power plants, water and wastewater treatment facilities, and other critical infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Manage infrastructure restoration and repair projects from award through closeout.
  • Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, subcontractors, and project logistics.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and monitor daily production.
  • Prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, material procurement, daily reports, and other project documentation.
  • Track project costs and maintain accurate project records.
  • Coordinate with Superintendents, subcontractors, owners, engineers, and inspectors to ensure successful project execution.
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with contract requirements.

Qualifications

  • 1–5 years of Project Management experience with a DOT-focused, heavy civil, or commercial construction company.
  • Experience on bridge, transportation, concrete restoration, power plant, water treatment, or other infrastructure projects is preferred.
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is preferred; equivalent construction experience will also be considered.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, or similar construction software is a plus.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Ability to travel up to 60% regionally.
  • Willingness to work variable shifts, nights, and weekends as project demands require.
  • Safety-first mindset with a strong attention to quality and detail.
