Job Description
- Identify and develop new project opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Lead preconstruction and estimating efforts
- Prepare budgets, conceptual estimates, and competitive bids
- Manage projects from award through closeout
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, and profitability
- Conduct site visits and client meetings throughout the region
- Manage change orders, contract administration, and project documentation
- Drive repeat business through exceptional client service
- Collaborate directly with company leadership on growth initiatives

The Successful Applicant
- Project Management experience in commercial construction
- Estimating and preconstruction experience strongly preferred
- Business development experience is a major plus
- Experience with light industrial, commercial, restaurant, retail, or church projects preferred
- Ability to manage projects ranging from approximately $1M-$5M
- Strong client-facing communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience managing multiple responsibilities across project acquisition and execution
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow business opportunities
- Strong organizational and financial management abilities
- Stable work history and strong professional reputation
