The Project Manager will oversee multiple product development projects, ensuring successful execution through structured project management methodologies and stage-gate processes. This individual will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project timelines and budgets, communicate progress to stakeholders, and proactively address risks to achieve business objectives.
Lead new product development projects from concept to commercialization.
Manage project schedules, budgets, milestones, and critical paths.
Coordinate engineering, technical, and cross-functional project teams.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and resource constraints.
Provide regular project updates and stage-gate reviews to leadership.

The successful candidate will be an experienced project leader with a background managing technical or engineered products in a manufacturing environment. They will possess strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills, along with the ability to drive projects to completion in a collaborative team setting.
Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline.
Minimum five years of product or project management experience.
Experience leading new product development projects from start to finish.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
PMP certification preferred.
