    Job Title: Project Manager - Industrial Services
    Location: Beaumont, TX and some 20% travel between job sites

    Company Overview:
    We are seeking a Project Manager for Industrial Cleaning to join our safety-focused team in Beaumont, TX. This role involves overseeing field operations for key projects, including personnel training, equipment maintenance, and supporting business development efforts.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide direction and administration for assigned projects.
    • Manage personnel, equipment, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with schedules, quality, and budget.
    • Collaborate with the sales team on project estimates and operational efficiencies.
    • Maintain a safe work site in accordance with DOT, EPA, and OSHA regulations.
    • Serve as the primary contact for customers regarding operational issues and service opportunities.
    • Conduct daily project walk-downs and maintain detailed logs.
    • Monitor equipment performance and coordinate with management to prevent failures.
    • Facilitate post-project evaluations and feedback sessions.

    Working Environment:

    • Industrial, petrochemical/refinery, and office settings with moderate travel.

    Qualifications:

    • 5 years of experience in the industrial or environmental sector, with 3-5 years in project management or supervisory roles.
    • Familiarity with air mover/liquid vac support, soil remediation, emergency response, and hydro-blasting.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and technical writing skills.
    • Excellent analytical, planning, and organizational abilities.
    • Valid driver's license and TWIC card required.
    • Bachelors degree in a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
