Job Title: Project Manager - Industrial Services
Location: Beaumont, TX and some 20% travel between job sites
Company Overview:
We are seeking a Project Manager for Industrial Cleaning to join our safety-focused team in Beaumont, TX. This role involves overseeing field operations for key projects, including personnel training, equipment maintenance, and supporting business development efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direction and administration for assigned projects.
- Manage personnel, equipment, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with schedules, quality, and budget.
- Collaborate with the sales team on project estimates and operational efficiencies.
- Maintain a safe work site in accordance with DOT, EPA, and OSHA regulations.
- Serve as the primary contact for customers regarding operational issues and service opportunities.
- Conduct daily project walk-downs and maintain detailed logs.
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate with management to prevent failures.
- Facilitate post-project evaluations and feedback sessions.
Working Environment:
- Industrial, petrochemical/refinery, and office settings with moderate travel.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in the industrial or environmental sector, with 3-5 years in project management or supervisory roles.
- Familiarity with air mover/liquid vac support, soil remediation, emergency response, and hydro-blasting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and technical writing skills.
- Excellent analytical, planning, and organizational abilities.
- Valid driver's license and TWIC card required.
- Bachelors degree in a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
