Job Description

Manage construction projects from award through final closeout. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and field personnel. Lead client meetings and maintain strong stakeholder relationships. Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documentation. Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and procurement activities. Work closely with Superintendents to ensure quality, safety, and schedule compliance. Prepare and present project reporting, forecasts, and financial updates.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred. 5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction. Proven experience managing projects through the full construction lifecycle. Strong understanding of budgets, scheduling, contracts, and project controls. Experience coordinating subcontractors and managing client relationships. Knowledge of construction software and project management systems. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
