Project Manager - Industrial Flooring - North Chesterfield, VA

The Project Manager - Industrial Flooring - North Chesterfield, VA will be responsible for:

  • Manage industrial flooring and specialty coating projects from preconstruction through completion
  • Prepare estimates, develop proposals, and submit competitive bids
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
  • Coordinate labor, subcontractors, materials, equipment, and project schedules
  • Order materials and ensure timely delivery to active projects
  • Conduct regular jobsite visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, and client expectations
  • Partner with field teams to ensure successful project execution
  • Develop and manage an individual portfolio of projects and customers
  • Support company growth initiatives throughout Virginia and future expansion markets

A successful Project Manager - Industrial Flooring - North Chesterfield, VA should have:

  • 0-3+ years of construction experience preferred, though more experienced candidates are encouraged to apply
  • Open to backgrounds in project management, field supervision, estimating, construction trades, or labor leadership
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Motivated, self-driven, and eager to learn all aspects of the business
  • Comfortable managing multiple responsibilities and working independently
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to visit jobsites and work directly with clients and field personnel
  • Experience in commercial, industrial, manufacturing, coatings, flooring, concrete, civil, or related construction environments is a plus
  • College degree is not required
