Project Manager - Industrial Construction Projects

* Manage ground-up industrial and commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout

* Oversee project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communication

* Coordinate procurement, contract administration, and project reporting

* Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are maintained on all projects

* Collaborate with field teams to deliver projects on time and within budget

* 3-5+ years of Project Management experience in construction

* Ground-up industrial project experience preferred

* Commercial construction experience will also be considered

* Strong budgeting, scheduling, and client management skills

* Open to occasional travel throughout Texas and surrounding regions
