With a strong pipeline of secured work and continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout.

• Manage commercial construction projects from award through completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
• Coordinate project teams, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants.
• Lead client communications and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Review and negotiate subcontractor agreements and change orders.
• Monitor project financial performance and ensure profitability goals are achieved.
• Oversee project documentation, reporting, procurement, and contract administration.
• Partner with field leadership to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Identify and resolve project challenges while maintaining stakeholder satisfaction.

• 5-10+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Proven Project Management experience with a General Contractor.
• Experience managing projects from start to finish.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, scheduling, budgeting, and cost controls.
• Industrial, design-build, commercial, healthcare, or retail project experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with construction management software and project controls systems.

• Base Salary: $120,000 - $165,000
