Job Description

The Project Manager's key responsibilities include:

• Leading large-scale, ground-up commercial, healthcare, and education projects from preconstruction through final completion
• Reporting directly to the Director and President of Construction, with strong visibility and access to senior leadership
• Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle
• Owning key project controls including contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, scheduling, quality, and safety
• Partnering closely with estimating and procurement during preconstruction to drive successful project execution
• Managing projects $20M+ in value backed by a strong $500M+ project pipeline

The Successful Applicant

The successful project manager:

• Has 5+ years of construction project management experience, with a strong background in ground-up commercial construction
• Has proven ability to independently manage projects from preconstruction through closeout, including budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships
• Is proficient with Procore, MS Project, or comparable construction management software
• Has a strong understanding of building codes, permitting, safety requirements, and overall construction processes
• Has previous experience in estimating or field supervision as a strong plus
