Job Description

Glimpse of your role:

  • Lead large scale commercial, office & industrial ground up projects from inception through completion
  • Report directly into the Director & President of Construction
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, design teams, and subcontractors while ensuring quality and safety
  • Manage contracts, RFIs, change orders, and submittals using modern project management tools
  • Partner with estimating and procurement during preconstruction and support continuous improvement
  • Deliver projects ranging from $20M+ within a strong, $500M+ pipeline

The Successful Applicant

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of construction project management experience, including ground-up new construction.
  • Proven ability to run projects valued while managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Experience in with preconstruction & estimating efforts
  • Skilled in Procore, MS Project, or other project management tools.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, permitting, and construction processes; background in estimating or field supervision is a plus.

  • Base salary: $1110-130k based upon experience
  • Car allowance: $550/month
