Job Description

The Project Manager's key responsibilities include:

  • Lead commercial, church, and automotive construction projects from the ground up.
  • Work closely with leadership as the company continues to grow, secure new projects, and expand into additional markets.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, design teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders while maintaining high standards for quality and safety.
  • Oversee contracts, RFIs, change orders, submittals, and other key project documentation using modern construction management tools.
  • Collaborate with estimating and procurement teams throughout preconstruction and contribute to ongoing process improvements.
  • Manage projects ranging from $5M to $20M+ within a strong and growing project pipeline.

The Successful Applicant

The successful project manager will have:

  • 5-10 years of commercial construction experience
  • Familiar with design/build construction processes
  • Construction related degree preferred
  • Excellent estimating and conceptual bid experience
  • Experience using construction software - Procore preferred
  • Scheduling and budgeting experience
  • Client facing - Comfortable communicating with clients on projects
