Job Description

Take full ownership of specialty architectural projects from initial kickoff through successful completion. Lead coordination across clients, architects, manufacturers, subcontractors, and internal teams to keep projects moving seamlessly. Review and interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and submittals to ensure accurate project execution. Drive project schedules, budgets, scope, and key milestones while proactively identifying and resolving potential roadblocks. Own critical project documentation, including RFIs, change orders, submittals, and project correspondence. Manage multiple complex, highly customized projects simultaneously while maintaining quality, timelines, and client expectations.

The Successful Applicant

3+ years of project management experience within construction or a related industry. Proven ability to successfully manage multiple complex, detail-intensive projects simultaneously. Highly driven, hands-on professional with a strong work ethic, sense of ownership, and willingness to dive into the details to get the job done. Strong understanding of project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Confident reviewing and interpreting architectural drawings, plans, and project specifications. Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to anticipate challenges, problem-solve quickly, and keep projects moving forward.
