Job Description

The Project Manager's key responsibilities include:

• Leading commercial, church, and automotive construction projects from the ground up.
• Working closely with leadership as the company continues to grow, secure new projects, and expand into additional markets.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, design teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders while maintaining high standards for quality and safety.
• Overseeing contracts, RFIs, change orders, submittals, and other key project documentation using modern construction management tools.
• Collaborating with estimating and procurement teams throughout preconstruction and contributing to ongoing process improvements.
• Managing projects ranging from $5M to $20M+ within a strong and growing project pipeline.

The Successful Applicant

The successful project manager will have:

• 5-10 years of commercial construction experience.
• Familiarity with design/build construction processes.
• A construction-related degree preferred.
• Excellent estimating and conceptual bid experience.
• Experience using construction software - Procore preferred.
• Scheduling and budgeting experience.
• Client-facing - comfortable communicating with clients on projects.
