Project ManagerThe Project Manager’s key responsibilities include managing ground up multifamily projects from foundation to key turnover, successfully leading construction projects valued over $20M, delivering on time and within budget projects for multifamily clients across Indianapolis, creating and maintaining the master schedule, assisting in preconstruction planning, overseeing a Project Engineer and delegating tasks, working alongside Superintendent and subcontractors to deliver successful projects, and providing feedback during estimating and project buyout.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.The successful Project Manager will have 2-4+ years working on multifamily projects, a construction related degree preferred, land development experience preferred, demonstrated ability to direct, organize, and communicate with people of all levels and personalities, ability to read and understand contracts, blueprints, construction project schedules, and scopes of work, ability to successfully manage moderately complex projects from preconstruction stage to completion, experience working on projects ground up & valued over $20M (minimum requirement), experience managing budget, schedule, logistics, etc., experience calling subcontractors, soliciting bids / prices, and familiarity with Procore.What’s on offer for the Project Manager includes a base salary of $100-120k, based upon experience, WFH flexibility allowed, a moldable role based on hire's vision, standard PTO / benefits package - dental, health, vision, life, monthly car allowance or truck provided.
