Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee underground utility construction projects from planning through completion. This position is responsible for managing crews, schedules, budgets, subcontractors, client relationships, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Manage underground utility projects including water, sewer, storm drainage, and related infrastructure.
• Coordinate field operations, subcontractors, and project personnel.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Monitor project costs, productivity, and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and regulatory requirements.
• Attend pre-construction, progress, and client meetings.
• Review plans, specifications, contracts, and change orders.
• Communicate effectively with owners, engineers, municipalities, and utility providers.
• Resolve project challenges and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Prepare project reports and maintain accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in underground utility construction.
• Strong knowledge of water, sewer, storm, and site utility installation.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Experience with project scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software.
• Valid driver's license required.
