Project Manager - Implementations

What We NeedCorpay is currently looking to hire a Project Manager- Implementations. This position falls under our Implementations line of business and is located in Richmond, VA or Brentwood, TN. In this role, you will manage complex client onboarding projects, ensuring successful implementation of Corpay's payment solutions. You will report directly to the Manager, Payments Implementations and regularly collaborate with internal teams including Account Management, IT, and Operations.How We WorkAs a Project Manager- Implementations you will be expected to work in hybrid environment. Role ResponsibilitiesThe responsibilities of the role will include:

Managing scope, timeline, and success of client onboarding projects involving technology, process change, and cross-functional collaborationMaintaining close communication with internal and external stakeholders to align expectations, deliverables, and deadlinesDocumenting key milestones, decisions, and communications throughout the project lifecycleProviding project updates and status reports to leadership and key stakeholdersTraveling to client sites as needed to support onboarding, conduct planning sessions, and mitigate risksIdentifying, assessing, and managing project risks and developing mitigation strategiesGathering insights from enterprise projects and recommending process improvements for implementation efficiencySupporting other tasks and projects as assignedBuilding strong working relationships with cross-functional teams and client contacts
