Project Manager III

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Create, maintain, and optimize project trackers to monitor deliverables, milestones, blockers, and action items.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather updates, drive follow-ups, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Generate regular reports and maintain clear project documentation for leadership and stakeholders.
• Support onboarding of external partners, researchers, and collaborators.
• Track required documentation, including NDAs, compliance forms, and partner-related materials.
• Manage NDA status, renewals, and follow-ups to ensure compliance with internal policies.
• Proactively engage with internal and external partners to resolve blockers and escalate issues when needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience with project tracking, reporting, documentation, and coordination.
• Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets, Excel, dashboards, or project management tools.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and cross-functional workstreams.
• Ability to handle confidential or sensitive information.
• Experience tracking compliance-related documentation and operational processes.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a technology, AI, data, or research environment.
• Experience supporting external partners, vendors, researchers, or collaborators.
• Familiarity with AI, AI tooling, data acquisition, data sourcing, or training data operations.
• Experience with partner onboarding and partnership management.
• Previous experience in Big Tech or similarly complex technology organizations.
