Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate projects using waterfall, agile, and hybrid methodologies.
• Support PMO tasks such as managing action items, tracking risks, and preparing reports.

• Prepare and manage communication plans and process improvements.
• Ensure resolution of issues and removal of barriers in project execution.

Qualifications

• 15 years of experience documenting requirements and design deliverables.
• 15 years of experience in testing and supporting user acceptance testing.
• 12 years of experience in technical writing and documentation.
• Experience with mainframe systems development and web applications.
• Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.
