Description
We are seeking a driven, detail-oriented professional to serve as our Project Manager III, supporting our Implementations team. The role's primary focus is on planning and executing client implementation projects, coordinating internal and external resources, and managing scope, schedule, budget, and risk from kickoff through go-live. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop detailed project plans to track progress.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and cost as they arise.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders with patience, courtesy, and a positive demeanor.
• Develop subject-matter expertise in the company's products and platform.
• Understand client use cases and business needs.
• Prioritize and execute tasks with a customer-centric focus and a sense of urgency.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
Qualifications
• 5-7 years of project management experience in a technical environment.
• 3-5 years of experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking ability.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications:
• PMP or PRINCE II certification.
• Familiarity with software implementations.
• Experience using Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence) and MS Project or an equivalent project management tool.
