Affiliate Marketing Manager

Location: Culver City, CA (Hybrid)

Contract: 12-Month Contract

Extension: Potential for extension based on business needs and performance

Compensation: $79.85/hr W2

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager to lead and grow affiliate marketing programs across multiple markets in the Americas. This individual will be responsible for developing affiliate strategies, managing partner relationships, optimizing campaign performance, and driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through affiliate channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies that drive revenue and customer acquisition.
• Manage and grow relationships with affiliate partners, publishers, content creators, and affiliate networks.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners.
• Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven optimization recommendations.
• Collaborate with digital marketing, brand marketing, paid media, and e-commerce teams.
• Negotiate contracts, commission structures, and partner incentives.
• Oversee affiliate tracking, reporting, attribution, and partner payouts.
• Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities.
• Manage affiliate marketing budgets and maximize return on investment.

Education & Experience Required

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of affiliate marketing experience.
• Proven success managing affiliate partnerships and driving measurable revenue growth.
• Experience working within a fast-paced digital marketing or e-commerce environment.
