    Project Manager III
    Chicago, IL – Fully Onsite
    $120–145K (Depending on Experience) – Full Time with Benefits
     
    R.M. Chin & Associates, Inc. (CHIN) is seeking an experienced Project Manager III to serve in our growing buildings sector. The PM will manage various buildings construction projects, participate in networking and client relationship efforts. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and be a highly motivated, self-driven, detail-oriented team leader. All CHIN candidates must demonstrate a willingness to acquire new responsibilities and skills, and work in a team environment.
     
    Qualification Requirements: 
    • Education - Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or highly-related discipline
    • Experience – At least 10 years of commercial construction experience, preferably in a lead role as the Project Manager.
    • Experience working with governmental agencies on commercial buildings a plus
    • CCM or PMP certification preferred.
     
    Key Responsibilities:  
    • Day-to-day on-site project management of new development projects.
    • Able to work effectively with and respond to client requests while managing multiple project stages.
    • Daily observation and reporting.
    • Quality Management.
    • Contract Administration tasks.
    • Document Control.
    • Facilitate & document project meetings.

    • Demonstrates an ability and willingness to take initiative.
    • Comprehensive problem solving.
    • Organizational / project management skills.
     
    Job Offer:
    • Competitive base salary between $120 – 145K, depending on assignment, experience, skills, and location.
    • Annual bonuses are based on individual and company performance.
