Job Summary: Piper Companies is seeking a Project Manager III to support a company supporting U.S. Army aeromedical and injury biomechanics research initiatives. This position is onsite in Fort Rucker, AL . Responsibilities: for the Project Manager III include: Lead and coordinate injury biomechanics research and development projects from initiation through completion. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, work plans, and risk assessments. Monitor project performance, milestones, and deliverables while providing status updates to leadership. Coordinate meetings, technical reviews, presentations, reports, and stakeholder communications. Support data management activities, documentation control, and quality assurance efforts. Collaborate with government personnel, academia, industry partners, and research customers. Provide administrative and logistical support for research studies, testing events, and field data collections. Required Qualifications for the Project Manager III include: Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance. Bachelor's degree required. 5+ years of project or program management experience. Experience managing project scope, budget, schedules, performance, and risk. Knowledge of medical research, injury biomechanics, laboratory operations, or data management environments. Valid state-issued driver's license and ability to travel as required.
