Location: Stamford, Connecticut (Hybrid)

Role Overview

As a Project Manager on the Billing Strategy and Design team, you will manage, plan, monitor, and report on key projects from conception through implementation. This role involves managing the entire project lifecycle for business-as-usual projects and systems. You will be accountable for meeting the agreed-upon scope, cost, schedule, and quality measures while working with an effective and innovative team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire project lifecycle from project definition through implementation.
• Develop project plans and drive project milestones to successful completion.
• Establish and maintain an effective communication plan with the project team and key stakeholders.
• Provide day-to-day direction to project resources and ensure effective change management.
• Lead project meetings, ad hoc meetings, and phone calls, which will comprise a significant portion of daily activities.
• Handle documentation and reporting, including Jira updates, meeting minutes, and email follow-ups.
• Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and managing communications.

Required Qualifications

Experience: 5 to 10 years of project management experience.

Technical Skills: Proficient with PC and software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and software development lifecycle tools and processes (Agile or Scrum methodologies, Business Analysis, Project Management, Product Ownership, Jira). Specialized knowledge of MS Project and Visio is also required.
