Summary: We are seeking a results-driven
IT Project Manager II / Scrum Master with a strong analytical and data-oriented mindset. The ideal candidate should be highly comfortable working with
numbers, manual calculations, Excel, Pivot Tables, project reporting, capacity planning, and estimation.
The candidate will manage end-to-end project delivery while using data to track project performance, capacity, budgets, schedules, risks, and overall delivery progress.

Key Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end delivery of projects across multiple teams, issues, and technology platforms.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues.
- Perform capacity planning and estimation planning based on team resources, workload, priorities, and project requirements.
- Work extensively with Excel and Pivot Tables to perform calculations, analyze project data, and create management reports.
- Perform manual calculations and numerical analysis to validate project estimates, capacity, budgets, actuals, and delivery metrics.
- Create and maintain Excel-based project reports, trackers, dashboards, and status reports.
- Maintain and regularly update JIRA boards and backlogs, ensuring tasks, priorities, status, ownership, and timelines are accurate.
- Track project progress against plan and proactively identify capacity, schedule, budget, and resource concerns.
- Maintain budget and actuals tracking and identify variances requiring attention.
- Analyze project data and provide actionable insights to support project decisions and prioritization.
- Coordinate project meetings, track action items, and facilitate communication across teams and stakeholders.
- Identify, analyze, escalate, and facilitate resolution of project risks, issues, dependencies, and resource constraints.
- Adjust project plans and resources as needed to maintain forward progress and meet delivery commitments.
- Support project implementation, testing, production readiness, and post-implementation activities.
- Provide accurate and timely project status reporting to stakeholders and leadership.
Required Qualifications:- 7+ years of IT experience, including 4+ years of Project Management experience.
- Strong experience with project planning, scheduling, estimation, capacity planning, and delivery management.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to calculate and validate numbers manually.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel and Pivot Tables.
- Experience creating Excel-based reports and project tracking reports.
- Experience maintaining JIRA boards and managing/updating backlogs.
- Strong experience with budget and actuals tracking.
- Strong risk, issue, dependency, stakeholder, and matrix management skills.
- Experience incorporating the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) into project plans.
- Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- General knowledge of IT applications and infrastructure environments.
Preferred Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- CaPM or comparable Project Management certification.
- Experience with Visio.
- Scrum/Agile experience.
- Experience managing multiple projects with competing priorities and resources.
