    Description

    What are the top 3-5 skills requirements should this person have?
    3 years of experience managing digital projects (particularly website launches and updates) within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or other regulated industry.
    Proven ability to develop and manage project timelines, milestones, dependencies, review cycles, approvals, and launch plans for website updates.
    Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, including account management, creative, development, editorial/content, and MLR.
    Working knowledge of pharmaceutical website requirements, including promotional versus non-promotional content, fair balance, approved claims, references, mandatory safety information, and appropriate product labeling.
    Experience managing Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review and approval processes, including incorporating feedback, documenting decisions, maintaining version control, and ensuring only approved content is published.
    Strong understanding of website production workflows, including requirements gathering, content development, regulatory review, accessibility, quality assurance, release management, and post-launch monitoring.
    Excellent communication, organizational, and risk-management skills, with the ability to identify compliance concerns, manage competing priorities, escalate issues appropriately, and maintain accurate project documentation.

    Experience working with content management systems and regulated-content or promotional-review platforms, such as Veeva Vault PromoMats or comparable tools.

    Digital Project Manager II Ad Agency (contract position)

    PRIMARY FUNCTION / PRIMARY GOALS / OBJECTIVES
    The Digital Project Manager II is a full-time contract position that works closely with the Digital team to help manage digital projects including field tools, websites, emails, banner ads and applications.

    KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS
    " Experience managing a variety of digital projects.
    " Maintain knowledge of guidelines including, but not limited to, corporate branding, promotional material development, Veeva submission, material review process and corporate compliance.
    " Experience with HTML development and constraints, SEO measurement/management and Digital/mobile metrics
    " Knowledge in AEM (Adobe Experience Management), website development, and UI/UX.
    " Maintain an intimate understanding of the Agency Workflow Process including project initiation and kickoff, collaboration, necessary approvals and reviews, production and archiving.
    " Demonstrate critical creative thinking and problem solving skills.
    " Demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
    " Demonstrate the ability to prioritize and multi-task to maximize productivity and manage workload.
    " Possess ability to work in a high-volume, rapidly paced environment.

    PROJECT/PROCESS MANAGEMENT
    " Prepare or review project documentation, such as functional requirements, to ensure digital submissions are prepared correctly.
    " Manage internal coordination of projects and resource scheduling for assigned project load.
    " Attend all client meetings with the account manager and serve as key point of contact to ensure key information is being quickly communicated to all involved stakeholders.
    " Facilitate ongoing, timely and accurate communications to ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget.
    " Assist Associate Director, Digital and Digital Account Manager with providing estimates and timelines.
    " Assist with billing and ensure billing is completed on schedule.
    " Track time on a daily basis.

    ACCOUNTABILITY / SCOPE
    " Reports onsite to Ad Agency Associate Director, Digital Accounts
    " Partners with creative team on project initiatives
    " Adherence to all company-wide financial policies

    QUALIFICATIONS
    " Bachelor degree required
    " 3-5 years project management experience required
    " Excellent communications skills: verbal, presentation, written
    " High energy, positive, organized individual who is comfortable in a high-visibility role
    " Ability to manage high volume project scope in a fast-paced creative environment
    " Great collaborator with ability to focus on both the big picture and small details
