Project Manager II

This role will provide hands-on project coordination and execution support across system build, testing, change management, business readiness, go-live, and stabilization activities. Coordinate SIT and UAT testing , including test preparation, execution tracking, defect management, evidence collection, and retesting.

Location: Milpitas, CA (Hybrid 2-3days/week onsite)
Other: Require to flexible support Asia time zones whenever required.
6-month contract assignment with potential to extend / convert
Pay rate: $54-$64/hr

 

Position Overview
We are seeking a Project Manager II to support a large-scale ERP and Source-to-Pay transformation program. This role will provide hands-on project coordination and execution support across system build, testing, change management, business readiness, go-live, and stabilization activities.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable coordinating across multiple business and technical workstreams in a fast-paced project environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support ERP system build activities through project coordination, documentation, status tracking, and follow-up.
• Coordinate SIT and UAT testing, including test preparation, execution tracking, defect management, evidence collection, and retesting.
• Maintain project schedules, action items, risks, dependencies, testing trackers, and readiness documentation.
• Support change management and business readiness activities, including stakeholder coordination, training, communications, and adoption tracking.
• Coordinate across business stakeholders, SMEs, IT teams, testing teams, and external implementation partners.
• Support go-live and stabilization, including cutover activities, hypercare coordination, issue tracking, and follow-up.
• Facilitate project meetings and working sessions while documenting decisions, action items, owners, and deadlines.
• Prepare weekly status reports, dashboards, risk summaries, and project materials for leadership review.
• Escalate outstanding risks, issues, and dependencies to appropriate project owners.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, PMO, ERP implementation, testing, change management, procurement, or business transformation.
• Experience supporting ERP implementations or large-scale transformation programs.
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, SAP ECC, or similar enterprise systems preferred.
• Working knowledge of Source-to-Pay (S2P) or Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes preferred.
• Experience with SIT/UAT testing, defect tracking, project documentation, training coordination, and/or business readiness.
• Strong organizational, communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Familiarity with JIRA, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, or similar project tools.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to occasionally accommodate flexible meeting or workshop hours to support global teams.
