Position Overview

As an Industrial Construction Project Manager, you'll lead a variety of projects across Northeast Wisconsin, serving clients in the pulp & paper, food & beverage, power, and manufacturing industries. Managing projects from preconstruction through closeout, you'll work closely with clients, Superintendents, engineers, and trade partners to deliver successful outcomes while building long-term relationships founded on trust and collaboration. You'll be responsible for planning, budgeting, scheduling, contract administration, and overall project execution on projects ranging from facility upgrades and equipment installations to larger capital construction initiatives. The ideal candidate brings experience working within active industrial environments and understands how to safely execute construction while minimizing disruption to ongoing operations. Through strong leadership, clear communication, and a commitment to excellence, you'll help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the high standards our clients expect. The anticipated salary range for this position is $105,000 - $130,000 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual’s skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

What You Bring
  • Four-year engineering or construction management degree.  Combination of education and or industry experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Seven plus years of construction experience, with proven experience working within industrial construction.
  • Working knowledge of MEP systems and integrated building systems is preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and project financials with confidence and accountability.
  • Strong knowledge of construction means and methods and how they translate from plan to field.
  • Clear and effective communicator who can collaborate with craft professionals, project leadership, and clients.
Nice to Have
  • Ability to work in dynamic and fluid environments with operational constraints and change control requirements.
  • Strong focus on documentation rigor, QA/QC, and turnover excellence.
