• Manage multiple ground-up commercial construction projects valued between $10M-$20M.
• Lead all phases of project execution, from preconstruction through closeout.
• Maintain project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and client relationships.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Oversee and mentor junior project management staff.
• Identify risks, resolve issues proactively, and ensure project success.
• Support business growth through exceptional project delivery and client service.
• Collaborate directly with executive leadership on strategic project initiatives.

• Excellent communication, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Stable career history with demonstrated tenure and progression.
• Ability to work full-time in the Greenville, SC market or relocate to the area.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $105,000 - $140,000 (DOE)
• Company-paid healthcare coverage
• Four weeks PTO (1-5 years of service)
