Project Leadership & Execution
- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of mid-size to large engineering projects and programs.
- Establish and manage project boundaries, scope, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Drive project performance to meet or exceed safety, quality, cost, and schedule expectations.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering, design, procurement, and support teams.
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary interface between Zachry Engineering and key client stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships built on trust, responsiveness, and exceptional service.
- Understand client business objectives and align project execution strategies to support their goals.
- Support proposal development, estimating activities, and project pursuit strategies
Financial & Operational Performance
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, profitability, and cash flow performance.
- Monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions when needed.
- Ensure contractual compliance and effective management of project changes and scope.
Team Leadership
- Provide leadership, direction, and mentorship to project teams.
- Foster a culture aligned with Zachry's core values
- Support employee development and promote effective communication across project stakeholders.
