Project Manager IIThe Project Manager II will report to senior operations leadership and be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role offers significant autonomy while working alongside experienced project teams.Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution activities.Manage owner, architect, engineer, and subcontractor relationships.Monitor project financial performance, cost forecasting, and reporting.Negotiate and administer subcontractor agreements and change orders.Coordinate project teams to ensure schedule, quality, and safety objectives are achieved.Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining client satisfaction.Lead project closeout activities and ensure successful project delivery.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
