Description
As Project Manager II, you will be responsible for the overall success of assigned projects from preconstruction through closeout. Working in close partnership with field leadership, you will oversee project finances, procurement strategies, scheduling, risk management, client communication, and project team development.

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered 6-9+ years of construction management experience with a proven track record of independently managing projects through completion Strong experience with project financial management, forecasting, budgeting, and cost control Demonstrated expertise in contract administration, change management, buyout, procurement, and subcontractor negotiations Experience leading client relationships and managing multiple project stakeholders Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft 365, and construction accounting/project management software such as Sage 300 CRE or similar Scheduling experience utilizing Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or comparable platforms Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
