Construction Project ManagerManage impactful projects for prestigious clients and federal agencies. With a robust backlog going into 2024, they are known for delivering excellence to clients including the Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, and major airlines.Job DescriptionManage all phases of construction projects, including estimating, scheduling, and execution.Coordinate with subcontractors, clients, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations, including OSHA 30, First Aid, and CPR certifications.Oversee both self-performed and subcontracted work, ensuring high-quality outcomes.Provide regular updates to senior leadership and clients on project progress.Assist with the preparation and management of project budgets, change orders, and contract negotiations.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
