Lead Commercial Project Manager

Job Description

  • Manage commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Lead design-build processes, scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor coordination
  • Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and client communication
  • Support estimating, buyout, and monthly project reporting
  • Partner closely with superintendents to maintain quality, safety, and schedule
  • Represent the company professionally in client meetings and presentations

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of commercial PM experience, ideally with ground-up or design-build work
  • Able to step in and run active projects immediately
  • Strong communicator who is personable, client-facing, and comfortable presenting
  • Organized, proactive, and collaborative - someone who fits well in a small, team-oriented culture
  • Experience with construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, Smartsheet) is a plus
  • Estimating experience or the ability to bid/manage your own projects is highly valued
