Description
- Manage commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Lead design‑build processes, scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor coordination
- Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and client communication
- Support estimating, buyout, and monthly project reporting
- Partner closely with superintendents to maintain quality, safety, and schedule
- Represent the company professionally in client meetings and presentations
Profile
- 5+ years of commercial PM experience, ideally with ground‑up or design‑build work
- Able to step in and run active projects immediately
- Strong communicator who is personable, client‑facing, and comfortable presenting
- Organized, proactive, and collaborative - someone who fits well in a small, team‑oriented culture
- Experience with construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, Smartsheet) is a plus
- Estimating experience or the ability to bid/manage your own projects is highly valued
