Project Manager I, Marketing & Sales - Sales Integration

JOB SUMMARY:

Manage all sales enablement projects lifecycle, including scoping projects and timelines, and facilitating the execution of tactics and deployments. Facilitate consistent communication among all stakeholders including Brand, Trade Marketing, Legal, IP Management, Comms Planning, and others as applicable, assuring the on-time deployment of launches, announcements and programs to ensure they remain on-budget, on-time and on-quality (tactical.

The Project Manager works closely with creative and business resources (including vendors/contractors assigned to their projects, managing them within scope, as well as assuring their elements are executed on-quality (tactical and on-time in support of the overarching program deliverables. An effective problem solver on a day-to-day basis, the Project Manager must be adept at anticipating problems and recognizing opportunities to realize efficiencies and minimize scope creep.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• UPC, Training, and Youth Project Lifecycle Management

• Leads Project kickoff, presenting key deliverables, objectives, budget, and timelines

• Monitors project schedules daily, flagging any bottlenecks and identifying project scope creep

• Manages and updates project work using Planner or other MS365 PM application

• Identifies and proactively resolves any deliverables that might fall behind schedule

• Manages tactical quality of deliverables (specs for UPC and LMS, program presentation needs for YP

• Ensures thorough documentation of progress and final files

• Project/Program Administration

• Responsible for the consistent successful facilitation of project(s from estimation through launch and maintenance

• Manages all projects on-quality (tactical, on-time and on-budget

• Brand Management

• Ensures all projects are accurately represented in WorkFront and necessary changes are made based on internal partner feedback.

• Supports the deployments for UPC, training, and youth to ensure deliverables are launched on time and on brand.

• Deliverable Management

• Alert Director team of any potential concerns or issues with meeting key deliverables due to resourcing.

• Monitor day to day project activities.

• Contribute to weekly meetings with direct working team to discuss all active projects, potential risks as well as to stay informed of potential issues such as resource and change control matters.

• Facilitates estimate requests and confirmation of vendor(s selection and final production schedules with the Director

• Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training, and team member involvement activities.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities (KSAs required.

• Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite programs, including but not limited to Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Strong understanding and proven experience with creative workflows for video & digital production required.

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Preferred degree disciplines: Marketing, Communications, Marketing/Mass Communications, Advertising, Project Management, Business, Organizational Management, Graphic Design, Art Design.

EXPERIENCE:

• 2+ years of experience in corporate environment with focus on developing marketing and educational or sales training messaging strategies and overseeing tactical execution, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
