The Project Manager will oversee multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, working closely with leadership and internal teams. The Project Manager will oversee multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, working closely with leadership and internal teams.

• Manage 2-5 projects simultaneously in various stages
• Oversee project financials, scheduling, and overall execution
• Handle buyout, subcontractor management, and change orders
• Collaborate closely with Project Executives and field teams
• Lead client communication and maintain strong relationships
• Work cross-functionally with internal support staff for submittals and documentation
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

• 5+ years of experience with a commercial general contractor
• Experience managing projects cradle-to-grave
• Background in TI and/or light ground-up projects preferred
• Procore experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once
