What You'll Do

As a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for growing and managing equipment sales throughout your territory by developing existing accounts and creating new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Build relationships with restaurant operators, institutions, hospitality organizations, contractors, consultants, architects, and engineers
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the region
• Manage projects from initial customer consultation through installation and completion
• Review plans, drawings, and specifications to develop equipment solutions and project estimates
• Recommend products, designs, and operational improvements that enhance customer performance and efficiency
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales agreements
• Conduct site visits and customer presentations
• Serve as a consultant throughout the sales process, providing technical and operational expertise
• Partner with customers to resolve service, installation, and account-related issues
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers through exceptional service and project execution

What We're Looking For

• Experience in foodservice equipment, commercial kitchen design, foodservice distribution, or a related industry required
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• Demonstrated success in business development, project management, or consultative sales
• Strong relationship-building and presentation skills
• Ability to interpret blueprints, plans, and project specifications
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• SAP experience is a plus
• Self-motivated individual comfortable working independently and managing multiple projects
