Job Description

The Project Manager | Hyperscale Data Center | Founding Division Member will:

  • Lead day-to-day management of a hyperscale data center tenant fit-out project in Gainesville, VA.
  • Oversee project budgeting, scheduling, procurement, subcontractor coordination, and overall project execution.
  • Partner closely with field leadership to ensure quality, safety, and schedule objectives are achieved.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with ownership, consultants, trade partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks while driving efficient project delivery.
  • Support the development of company-wide data center construction processes and best practices.
  • Provide strategic input as the organization expands its data center operations.
  • Deliver regular project updates to executive leadership and ownership teams.

The Successful Applicant

The Project Manager | Hyperscale Data Center | Founding Division Member will have:

  • 5+ years of construction project management experience, preferably with mission critical, data center, industrial, or complex commercial projects.
  • Proven experience managing project budgets, schedules, contracts, and client relationships.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and trade partners.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Desire to work in an entrepreneurial environment with high visibility and significant growth potential.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience with tenant fit-outs, mission critical environments, or fast-paced commercial construction projects is highly desirable.

  • Base salary up to $140,000-$150,000 for exceptional candidates.
  • Annual bonus opportunity of 10-20% of base salary.
