We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

• Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)

Summary:

• Tracks project progress, identifies delays or risks, and escalates issues when needed.

• Coordinates cross-functional activities with Planning, Procurement, and Orders Management to align materials, orders, and timelines.

• Maintains organized documentation, trackers, meeting notes, and status updates.

• Supports resolution of roadblocks by gathering information, facilitating discussions, and driving follow-through.

• Builds dashboards, reports, and analytical tools using advanced Excel capabilities.

• Maintains accurate project documentation and trackers for assigned projects.

• Supports development of corrective actions by proactively identifying issues.

• Aligns materials, orders, and timelines across cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).

• Advanced Excel expertise for building dashboards, reports, and analytical tools.

• Ability to track project progress, identify delays or risks, and escalate issues.

• Experience coordinating cross-functional activities with Planning, Procurement, and Orders Management.

• Experience maintaining project documentation, trackers, meeting notes, and status updates.

• Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and prioritize work.

• Ability to support resolution of roadblocks by gathering information and driving follow-through.

• Experience developing corrective actions for identified issues.

• Ability to drive alignment and maintain project momentum across diverse groups.

• Experience serving as primary point of contact for assigned projects.
