    About the Role

    We are seeking a Project Manager to support a large-scale public health initiativefocused on improving pediatric readiness among EMS providers, particularly in rural communities.This project helps emergency medical services better prepare for pediatric patient care throughassessment, evaluation, and data-driven program improvements.

    The Project Manager will serve as a key member of a collaborative team responsible for maintainingproject momentum, coordinating stakeholders, managing project plans, and ensuring successful deliveryof project objectives. This role requires someone who can adapt quickly, manage competing priorities,and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

    The ideal candidate will bring strong project management skills, experience working with governmentor health-focused initiatives, and the ability to keep complex programs organized and moving forward.Experience within EMS environments or as a licensed paramedic is highly valued.

    What You'll Do

    Project Coordination & Execution

    Provide structure, organization, and momentum for a critical public health initiative.

    • Manage and maintain project plans and timelines.
    • Coordinate project activities across cross-functional team members.
    • Monitor progress, identify risks, and support issue resolution.
    • Ensure project deliverables remain on track and aligned with objectives.
    • Facilitate project meetings and follow-up on action items.
    • Support project documentation and reporting activities.

    Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration

    Build effective working relationships across project participants and stakeholders.

    • Partner with program leadership and project team members to coordinate work efforts.
    • Collaborate with government, healthcare, and EMS stakeholders as needed.
    • Communicate project status, milestones, risks, and updates.
    • Help align stakeholder expectations and priorities throughout the project lifecycle.

    Reporting, Measurement & Performance Tracking

    Help ensure visibility into project performance and outcomes.

    • Track project progress against established plans and milestones.
    • Maintain project management tools and documentation.
    • Support reporting efforts and performance measurement activities.
    • Assist with data collection and evaluation activities related to project goals.
