Project Manager HVAC/Energy
Ameritech Facility Services is seeking an experienced Project Manager – HVAC/Energy to join our HVAC Department. This position will oversee HVAC and energy-related projects while coordinating with customers, vendors, field personnel, and internal teams.
Position Details
- Salary: $80,000-$85,000 annually
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week
- Location: On-site
- Travel: 10%-25%
- Reports To: HVAC Division Manager
- Employment Type: Full-Time, Exempt
- Projected Start Date: November 2, 2026
Responsibilities
- Manage HVAC and energy-related projects from planning through completion.
- Coordinate project schedules, resources, vendors, and field personnel.
- Communicate with customers and internal teams regarding project status and requirements.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Review project documentation and ensure work is completed according to requirements.
- Identify and resolve project issues.
- Maintain accurate project records and provide project updates to management.
- Coordinate project activities and travel as needed.
Qualifications
- Project management experience, preferably in HVAC, mechanical, construction, or energy-related industries.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Experience working with customers, vendors, field teams, and management.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Proficiency with computers and standard business software.
- Ability to travel 10%-25%.
