    Our client is seeking a Team Leader to oversee multiple commercial BAS projects from kickoff through warranty. This is a high-visibility leadership role where you’ll drive project execution, mentor field teams, and ensure successful delivery—on time, on budget, and to spec.


    What You’ll Do

    Project Execution & Ownership

    • Manage full project lifecycle: scheduling, documentation, and execution
    • Assist with system design and material selection
    • Ensure projects are engineered correctly, ordered efficiently, and executed smoothly
    • Oversee installations, upgrades, and repairs
    • Handle change orders, re-estimates, and cost control to maintain profitability
    • Coordinate with other trades to keep projects moving and aligned

    Team Leadership

    • Lead, mentor, and develop field technicians
    • Serve as a technical resource and escalation point
    • Set goals and track performance for direct reports
    • Promote adherence to company standards, safety, and best practices

    Client & System Support

    • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
    • Support and train end users on building automation systems
    • Ensure long-term client satisfaction and repeat business

    What We’re Looking For

    • 2–5 years of proven leadership experience in controls, HVAC, or related field
    • Associate or Bachelor’s degree—or equivalent hands-on industry experience
    • Strong project management and coordination skills
    • Ability to lead from the front while developing others
    • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
