Job Description:
Role Purpose
To lead overall program governance, cross-functional execution, quality assurance, schedule adherence, customer coordination, and risk management for Fully Integrated Modular Solutions including Packaged Equipment Centers (PEC), Power Distribution Centers (PDC), Integrated Control Houses, and Modular Electrical Buildings.
Key Responsibilities
Own complete project lifecycle from kickoff to FAT, shipment, installation support, and closeout
Drive governance across Electrical, Mechanical, Structural, and Manufacturing teams
Ensure schedule compliance, milestone tracking, budget adherence, and issue resolution
Manage customer communication with Panelmatic leadership and end clients
Lead design review meetings, risk mitigation plans, and change management process
Ensure compliance with NEC, IEEE, ANSI, UL, utility, and customer standards
Coordinate engineering deliverables, procurement readiness, and fabrication planning
Support FAT planning, documentation control, and installation readiness
Track KPIs for engineering productivity, quality, delivery, and commercial performance
Provide executive reporting and escalation management
Required Experience
15+ years in EPC / Modular Electrical Buildings / PEC / E-House / Data Center / Utility projects
Strong exposure to switchgear, MCCs, control houses, substations, and packaged systems
Proven experience managing multi-discipline engineering teams
Familiarity with North American project delivery standards
Preferred Skills
PMP certification preferred
Experience with Data Center, Utility, Oil & Gas, and Renewable projects
