Job Description

The Project Manager will:

  • Manage multiple renovation projects simultaneously, ranging up to $5M in value.
  • Oversee project execution from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget objectives are met.
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, consultants, and internal project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project financial performance and support profitability goals.
  • Lead project planning, communication, scheduling, and reporting activities.
  • Travel to project sites across the U.S. approximately 25% of the time, typically 2-3 days every other week.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, client expectations, and project requirements.
  • Support successful delivery of hospitality and other interior renovation projects.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in the construction industry.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to oversee projects with budgets up to $5M.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and project coordination skills.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time.
