Project Manager - Hospitality & Commercial

Job Description
- Lead and manage hospitality and commercial construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, ensuring adherence to timelines and financial goals.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to align project objectives and expectations.
- Oversee procurement of materials and resources needed for project execution.
- Monitor project progress, addressing any issues or delays promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the construction process.
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and senior management.
- Foster effective communication among all project participants to achieve project goals.

The Successful Applicant
- 5-8 years of Project Management experience in commercial construction
- Experience delivering at least 10 ground-up projects start to finish
- Hospitality or hotel construction experience strongly preferred
- Proven success managing negotiated work and client relationships
- Stable work history with strong project tenure
