Project Manager

Summary:
Manage all aspects of various projects including assembling project team, assigning individual responsibilities, identifying appropriate resources needed, and developing schedules to ensure timely completion of project(s). Must be familiar with the project objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member to effectively coordinate the activities of the team. Communicates with project leaders and/or sponsors and functional area managers regarding status of specific projects.
 
Responsibilities

• Support the Enterprise Content & Training (ECT) organization.
• Conduct project and contract audits, perform forensic analysis of existing projects, and identify discrepancies in systems and processes.
• Review contract status using internal systems, including SharePoint and Oracle-based contract tracking tools (PDH).
• Investigate active, inactive, and cancelled contracts and coordinate appropriate follow-up actions, including cancellation notifications when necessary.
• Develop, improve, and maintain project tracking processes and reporting structures.
• Drive organization, documentation, and process consistency across multiple ongoing initiatives.
• Partner cross-functionally with teams including royalties, operations, content, and other business stakeholders.
• Support project visibility, status tracking, and process governance across the organization.

 
Qualifications

• Must be familiar with project objectives and possess the ability to coordinate the activities of a team effectively.
• Strong communication skills are essential for interacting with project leaders, sponsors, and functional area managers.

 
Desired Skills

• Experience with project and contract audits.
• Proficiency in using SharePoint and Oracle-based contract tracking tools.
• Ability to perform forensic analysis of existing projects.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Experience working cross-functionally with various business stakeholders.

 
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $57.00 - $58.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
