Manage commercial construction projects from award through final completion.
Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, cost forecasts, and reporting.
Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams.
Lead preconstruction planning, procurement, and buyout activities.
Review and manage contracts, subcontracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
Monitor project financial performance and maintain profitability goals.
Identify potential project risks and develop proactive solutions.
Facilitate project meetings and communicate regularly with stakeholders.
Partner with Superintendents to ensure schedule milestones and quality standards are achieved.
Ensure compliance with safety requirements and contractual obligations.

A successful Project Manager - Higher Education Construction should have:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
5+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial general contractor.
Experience managing commercial ground-up and renovation projects.
Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and contract administration.
Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office.
Salary ranging from $112,300 to $136,700 per year.
